Taking a break

Well i'm off on my travels again, this time to look after my friends three rough collies, i leave tomorrow morning, have to see how everything works at friends house ie: cooker and heating etc: and most importantly where the doggies have to be walked during the day. I won't be blogging for a week or so as the friends are not on the internet don't know what i will do without it!!! Have to take a couple of books, although i am not a great reader, still maybe time for a change . Should be nice in bude weather permitting, but all seasons of clothes are being packed wet, dry, cold, hot. It will be a change of scenery and i will treat it as a little holiday, could do with a break. Hopefully i will take some photos of bude and the lovely doggies of course.
So see you soon

Oooh - I do like rough (and smooth) collies - and used to look after my daughter's collie a lot - such a well behaved lady! (the dog that is and - well my daughter too :D)

Not easy packing clothes for a holiday at the mo - but whatever the weather (and hope it's good) enjoy your breakl look forward to some Bude pics on your return.

Tricia: The three dogs are so well behaved, can't wait to get them on the fields, although the eldest is a little bit slow on her feet now bless her !! Thanks for all your kind words over the past couple of weeks it has meant a lot x

Dear Avalon, so much has happened while I've been absent from your blog. We only get one mum, don't we, and they're irreplaceable.

I do hope you hope that by the time you read this you'll have enjoyed a lovely break in Bude. We love the coastline up there and have spent many a happy evening in the New Inn at Kilkhampton.

Hope you had a restful time with the collies! I'm sure they offered you loads of hugs and cold nose kisses, dogs seem to know when someone needs a little extra loving. Looking forward to seeing some pictures of them.
